In some cases the stonecutter's mark is so blurred that it was impossible for me to find the correct interpretation. In this case the original photograph is shown. Workshop: unknown Period: 13th, 14th, 15th Remarks: Determined time frame is based on the information about origins of the building. Some German site explains that "W" is an initial of a master (German: Wieland) and "+" means that the stonecutting was done for a church. I do not support this explanation because the same mark can be found on Rajhenburg castle which is not a sacral building. It is not very probable that in an area so small two masters would use the same mark.
